ANALISIS FAKTOR FAKTOR LOYALITAS PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KEMENTERIAN PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PERUMAHAN RAKYAT UNTUK UNIT KERJA BALAI WILAYAH SUNGAI KALIMANTAN I
This study aims to determine the level of employee loyalty in the office of the Kalimantan River Basin Region I. For the research method, the writer uses descriptive method. For data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to analyze is descriptive analysis and Mean analysis (average), for variable research using variables based on Saydam's theory (2005: 416) Population and sample under study are employees of the Kalimantan River I Regional Office office from the line leader down with samples taken as many as 35 people. When viewed from the results of the study, it shows that employee loyalty has been high / good but there are still sub-variables that must be corrected.
